·      When I setup the connection to WIFI, all connection to corresponding applications would be switch from LAN to WIFI
The network switch of GameFirst V is for Gateway. Therefore, when LAN and WIFI are both connected to the same Gateway, all Applist will be aligned to the designated connection to the gateway, either through LAN or WIFI.
·      In AP Manual, if the priority of a certain group is set to lowest. The group will not be able to connect to the internet.
When the priority of a group is set to lowest and there is a group coexist which has higher priority. The group with higher priority will be processed first. The group will have to take longer to connect to the internet. It’s not that the group can’t connect to the internet. It’s that it will take longer for the group to connect to the internet when its priority is set to lowest.

It is recommended that the priority lower than normal is used for file transferring group.
·      In AP Group usage, why do you need a select all option?
By clicking single group, a user is able to observe the throughput of a group. Select All is designed to provide further convenience to the user who wants to view all group at a time.
·         The groups in Group usage and LAN usage is shown slowly with time, not showing everything at a time.
The dynamic table of Group usage and LAN usage will grow with the number of groups in Group List. Only those groups that are detected and controlled will be show in the usage list table.
·      In LAN usage of GF5, what’s the difference / relation between the icons on the left and item?

·      In Bandwidth Test of GF5, what’s the feature of the apply button? It doesn’t seem to provide any function.
You can input a value of throughput. After clicking “Apply”, the number you key in will be applied as the maxium throughput at Application List.
·      The result of bandwidth test will not automatically be applied.
GF5 only provide a referenced Bendwidth Testing site. The user will have to manually input the number of the desired throughput with a reference of the test result.
·      It will overwrite all previous Network Connection set value using PPPOE connection
In GameFirst V, for network interfaces that haven't been appointed to applications, the default priority would be PPPOE > LAN > WiFi. Hence, after a PPPOE connection is established, for those applications that haven't been assigned with a preferred interface, the according interface will thus be assigned by default network priority of interface.

Some Network Interface Cards would higher the priority of WiFi connection. The OS will thus make WiFi priority higher than LAN.
·      Upload or download speed, graphics and Task Manager will be relatively slight drop
In GameFirst V, The beginning of calculation on uplaod/download traffic is different from that of operation system. Some minor discrepancy is expected. Hence, the minor difference is normal.
·      In this case connect the LAN, VLAN's Gateway color turns red, WIFI the Gateway color changes to green, and does not retain the original Network Connection settings.
The corresponding colors for "Network Select" in GameFirst V is appointed in accordance with the sequence of adding the network. The first network interface will be assigned as GREEN, second RED......and so on.
·      When unplugging all the network connections and reconnect, The setup in the Network Connection before unplug will not be saved.
If a user unplugs all the network connections, the record of connection value will be emptied. Therefore, the network connection status needs to be reassigned.
·      Network Monitor \ Wifi Analyzer's Wi-Fi AP name is not completely displayed
You can query through wifi name command (cmd> netsh wlan show all) to determine if this wifi name
